Krista MillerOwnerA third generation home builder in Tucson, Krista grew up in the construction industry. After graduating from the University of Denver with degrees in Accounting, Krista spent 10 years as a CPA before returning to Tucson to join her father in the development of Armory Park del Sol. With her hands on experience at APdS, she went on to get her General Contractor's license in 2010 and built out several infill properties. She then followed her solar and humanitarian passion by participating in an extensive project selling, deploying, and installing solar medical vaccine refrigerators in Africa. In 2020, she returned to Tucson to once again focus on her local community. She is passionate about helping homeowner's realizing and improving their existing homes through EXTRA/small spaces of their own.

Troy DaintySenior Project ManagerAn arguable Tucson native, Troy flirted with an English major before heading to Phoenix to embark on a 10 year career in environmental stewardship. He returned to Tucson to be part of the change in the way we think about our energy use and adapting solar and green technologies in over a thousand homes in Tucson. He also participated in training and troubleshooting solar solutions in Eastern Africa's medical facilities, growing a team of dedicated technicians who were well educated on the installation and operation of solar medical vaccine refrigerators, and learning Swahili along the way. Always passionate about the environment and the world we live in, Troy incorporates a reduced and reused source of materials in Miller Builder's creations and construction processes. AA
